Walk Out In The Rain

“This classic Bob Dylan tune, covered by Eric Clapton in 1978, had its first bluegrass overhaul when Ronnie and Rob McCoury released it on their self-titled album in 1995. With a catchy upbeat tune and sassy ‘see ya later’ theme, the song lends itself perfectly to a female lead singer. I'm stoked to be the gal for the job!” -Heather Berry Mabe

“Finding Your Way Home” showcases the band’s gift for meaningful storytelling and emotional depth. The song leans into themes of resilience, purpose and the universal pull toward comfort and belonging.
“Each animal mentioned in this song is free-spirited, unaware of the dangers and challenges they face for survival,” shares Mabe. “They have a goal of finding their way to their safe space, home. I feel that we are all on a journey much like that and that’s why I felt inspired to write this song.”
She adds, “I first wrote this as a poem and couldn’t seem to find a tune. I sent the lyrics to my buddy Scott Patrick who came up with the perfect melody. This song is so dear to my heart, and it’s probably my favorite that I have ever written.”
